Mary-Patton (MP) Eisen is a strategy and business operations professional working in the B2B SaaS technology space. She currently leads international expansion and partnerships at Asana, focused on major EMEA markets expansion and APAC launches, and building out Asana’s first partnerships program. Asana is a leading work management platform for teams that’s pioneering a new way to work. With Asana, everyone knows the company goals they’re working towards, what needs to be done to achieve them, and how work is tracking against them.
MP received her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a double focus on Entrepreneurial Management and Operations. She served as the Management Department’s Teaching Assistant for the popular Wharton course “Conflict, Leadership, and Change: Lessons from Rwanda”, leading 30 MBA and executive MBA’s for weeklong courses in Rwanda, where they met with the president and top business leaders. MP received her bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, where she double majored in International Relations and French, correctly anticipating an internationally-minded career!
Between Georgetown and the Wharton MBA, MP spent 3 years launching and scaling businesses in emerging markets in East Africa, primarily Rwanda and Kenya. She has traveled to 50+ countries, and counting! She is an avid scuba diver and horseback rider.
