Her diverse skill set has enabled her to exceed deliverables and goals across sales, marketing, innovation, channel expansion, and route-to-market strategies around the globe.
Working cohesively with the co-founder, she has been the driver of Halo Top’s global expansion and strong positioning across key countries including Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, Germany, and the Netherlands.
Katie leads a team of strong individuals across the globe, emphasizing the importance of human capital, which has resulted in Halo Top from becoming a startup business, to the brand that disrupted the ice cream category and knocking many long-term industry giants off their perch. Katie recently accepted the 2018 Brand Innovation of the Year award on behalf of Halo Top in both Canada and the UK, being recognized as a young and promising leader.
With over 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Katie specializes in global cross-functional management in fast paced retail industries. She has worked directly with global retail giants including Tesco, Costco, Walmart, ASDA, Coles, and Loblaws. She has been awarded and recognized by a top CEO to lead a new brand development for one of the world’s largest alcohol companies. Katie is a strong motivator with a proven track record of driving results and exceeding commercial targets across the globe.
