Jeffrey C. Nardoci is a visionary leader who is passionate about the businesses and employees he is entrusted to manage – a passion best demonstrated by his repeated success across a number of industries. Whether leading a turnaround of underperforming organizations, launching new products in competitive markets or building successful teams, Jeff never loses focus on delivering corporate objectives and increasing the bottom line.
Jeff has direct experience with six multinational corporations recognized as industry leaders – The Hydrafacial Company, Syneron-Candela (SC), Solta Medical, Bausch & Lomb (B&L), Nabisco Brands, and Xerox Corporation. Based on his track record of success in the Aesthetic industry Solta Medical (CMO) and Syneron-Candela (CCO)) Jeff was recruited to The Hydrafacial Company to become their COO; leading Marketing, Operations, Sales Operations, Quality, Regulatory and R&D. Jeff has been spearheading the scaling and global expansion efforts for the company as it has experienced 60% CAGR over the last three years.
Prior to joining SC, Jeff was a member of the executive staff at Banner Health – a $6 billion healthcare system. In his role as SVP, Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer, Jeff was responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Development, Marketing, Public Relations and Service Excellence, helping lead Banner’s transformation into a consumer-focused population health delivery system.
Prior to Banner, Jeff helped drive Solta Medical’s international expansion, aggressively pursuing acquisitions to grow the organization’s portfolio while also developing innovative direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns and a unique business model that incorporated a disposable treatment tip for each patient served. Through these efforts, the company was quickly recognized as a leading provider of aesthetic solutions, growing 39% from 2009 to 2014 until ultimately being acquired by Valeant Pharmaceuticals in 2014.
Prior to Solta, Jeff ascended through the ranks at Bausch & Lomb, serving in multiple VP and General Manager roles across a number business units and disciplines. As B&L’s former President of the Americas Mark Sieczkarek put it, “Jeff is always driving the team to find a better way. He motivates others to strengthen their thinking to create maximum advantage for B&L. There is no problem that Jeff can’t solve or opportunity that Jeff can’t capture.”
Before joining Bausch & Lomb, Jeff spent five years in consulting with Meridian Euro RSCG, leading the sales outsourcing arm of the company and helping start-up organizations develop go-to-market strategies across a wide range of industries and channels.
Jeff’s management philosophy centers on talent empowerment, allowing direct reports to fully manage their specific areas of responsibility to facilitate speed of execution. This strategic approach has helped fuel growth and profitability across a range of operational climates, helping recapture consumers during recalls, maintain competitive market share for existing products and ignite new product launches.
In his free time, Jeff is an avid golfer and follower of LSU football. He resides in Long Beach, California.
