Senior Vice President & Director U.S. Marketing, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield
As Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield’s (URW) Senior Vice President and Director U.S. Marketing, Eileen is responsible for providing marketing strategy, leadership and direction for URW’s U.S. shopping centers and airports. She oversees the development and implementation of all marketing initiatives designed to increase customer satisfaction and engagement, drive awareness of the customer experience, and leverage all touch points to ease and enhance the customer journey. Eileen is responsible for leading Westfield’s customer engagement marketing strategies aimed at retailer clients and Westfield customers, including retailer relations program and customer acquisition initiatives to deliver on the Westfield brand value to both audiences, in addition to managing standards of execution of national brand programs, events and promotions, customer loyalty program and brand content and creative for Westfield’s consumer-facing channels.
Eileen has more than 20 years of experience in consumer marketing in the travel & hospitality and consumer goods industries with an emphasis on developing and leading multi-channel, integrated marketing strategies and customer loyalty programs focused on increasing customer engagement and overall revenue. Prior to joining Westfield in 2012, Eileen held senior marketing positions at DirecTV and Hilton Worldwide. Eileen earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in History at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA.
